Publication Ethics
YJSSH is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics, adhering to international guidelines to ensure integrity, quality, and transparency in scholarly publishing. We expect authors, reviewers, and editors to follow ethical principles throughout the publication process, in line with the core practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
For Authors:
Authors must present original work, appropriately cite sources, and avoid plagiarism or data fabrication. Submissions should not have been previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to ensure transparency.
For Reviewers:
Reviewers are expected to provide constructive, unbiased, and timely feedback to improve the quality of submissions. All reviewed content should be kept confidential, and reviewers should refrain from reviewing manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
For Editors:
Editors at YJSSH ensure a fair and transparent peer review process, making decisions solely based on academic merit. Editors are committed to maintaining confidentiality and managing any conflicts of interest responsibly to uphold the journal’s integrity.
Misconduct Handling:
YJSSH takes allegations of ethical misconduct seriously. Any suspected ethical violations will be investigated promptly and in accordance with COPE guidelines. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include corrections, retractions, or other measures.
